To exchange an item, email hey@deathwishcoffee.com with your order number and product details, and Death Wish Coffee will help organize the exchange.

You will receive two emails regarding your order: the first confirms receipt, and the second indicates your order is in transit and includes a tracking link. If you don't receive tracking updates within 3-5 business days, contact customer support.

You can place international orders for coffee and merchandise directly from www.deathwishcoffee.com, with shipping rates based on weight and location, and an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks. For coffee-only orders, you can also visit iHerb.

Death Wish Coffee recommends using 2.5 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water to achieve a flavorful, bold, and smooth cup. This ratio can be adjusted to personal preference.

For items purchased on Amazon, you must follow the return instructions provided on Amazon's platform by accessing their Contact Us form.

To send a gift order directly, enter your email address for order and tracking information, the recipient's name and shipping address, and your billing address. Prices and receipts will be excluded from the package.
